How To Deal With Sciatica While Pregnant?

Author: I just got off the phone with a telenurse she figures I have sciatica. She gave me some advice just wondeing if anyone else has experienced this and what they did to relieve the pain. Also if it affects labor and delivery?
Does Anyone Have Suggestions On How To Deal With Sciatic Pain?
I have had 2 pregnancies, resulting in 3 children. I had sciatic pain during pregnancy and it disappeared postpartum, but it flares up frequently. Is there anything I can do to help these flare-ups? I am about to die! It is very difficult to take care of my 5 year old and 14 month old twins. Meds don’t seem to work. Any exercises or stretches that anyone knows of?
Please HELP!
