I had sciatic pain during pregnancy and it disappeared postpartum, but it flares up frequently. Is there anything I can do to help these flare-ups? I am about to die! It is very difficult to take care of my 5 year old and 14 month old twins. Meds don’t seem to work. Any exercises or stretches that anyone knows of?

Went to the chiropractor, which did not help at all and saw a orthopedic doctor recently. He said it was my sciatic nerve. It it not my lower back that bothers me, the cramping in my right buttock, thigh and lower leg is aweful. He gave me some medication, but it still has not gotten any better. Did anyone experience sciatica? Do you have any advise for me?
