Could Sitting In A Weird Position Cause Sciatic Nerve Damage?

Author: For a good portion of the week, I have been sitting on the floor with my back propped up with pillows. It’s been putting a great deal of pressure on my tailbone and lower back. Could this cause sciatic nerve damage? The bottom of my right foot has been buzzing.
