What Is Sciatica And Why Does It Tingle So Much?

Author: I’ve been being told that I have sciatica and I have no clue what it is. Can somebody PLEASE tell me what this is? I know it’s a nerve that runs down your leg, but why is it tingling? Like, it tingles every time I lay down on my left side and its never done that before. What is it? Why does it tingle when its never done it before?
