If any body has done cert 2 in vet nursing, that would be a huge help!

I’ve been diagnosed with kidney stones. But most of my pain is in my left thigh and groin. Is this unusual or from some other cause than the kidney or ureter’s swelling pushing against or pinching the sciatic nerve?

I currently have sciatica (an old inury from a lifting accident) and I was wondering what would be the best fat burning excercises? I have been trying swimming however would like faster results as I normally spend 30 minutes doing cardio(15 mins on treadmill and 15 minutes on the cross trainer), I do do weights as well (machines) however this is not irritating my back for some reason Thanks all :0)

For about 2 years now I have been having problems with my sciatic nerve on the left side of my back and it tends to travel into my hip and left leg. Is there any particular exercise that wold help this problem?

I am getting a pain on my left side. Starts around my hip and down to my toes.
My toes tingle every once in awhile and I can’t sleep on my left side.. or sit too long.
Is this from the sciatic nerve you think?

I just got off the phone with a telenurse she figures I have sciatica. She gave me some advice just wondeing if anyone else has experienced this and what they did to relieve the pain. Also if it affects labor and delivery?

I have had 2 pregnancies, resulting in 3 children. I had sciatic pain during pregnancy and it disappeared postpartum, but it flares up frequently. Is there anything I can do to help these flare-ups? I am about to die! It is very difficult to take care of my 5 year old and 14 month old twins. Meds don’t seem to work. Any exercises or stretches that anyone knows of?
Please HELP!

Leave is not an issue with me, I am temping at my job so I can leave whenever, but how long could all of you out there with sciatic work until?
